For bar owners

Your whole bar, one system

Four things you do by hand today — iBeer does them for you.

01

Taps that draw themselves

Swap a keg and the tap graphic and screens update in a second. No Photoshop, no rewriting the board on the wall.

02

Local and public TV screens

Lay out menus in a drag-and-drop editor, no designer. We host the public screen — your offer stays online even if the in-bar server goes down.

03

Brewery ordering in one click

Place orders to several breweries at once — a ready email and CSV with keg sizes. See what’s sent, confirmed and delivered.

04

Inventory and POS, no busywork

Stock, menu and taps share one source of truth. POS sync watches what actually pours — no double entry.

Built to scale

Grows with the venue

From one bar to a chain — no system swap along the way.

A chain on one warehouse

One warehouse, many venues. Shared products, availability set per location, staff who only see their own bar.

A team with roles and history

Owner, manager, cashier, auditor — each sees only their own. Full change log and config snapshots you can roll back in one move.

You land in Google

Your bar profile and menu in BeerBase are indexed — guests find your tap list before they walk in.

A menu that never goes stale

We import your current menu and bind beers to BeerBase. A new beer hits the database — your menu and taps link themselves.

Onboarding

From zero to pouring in a day

  1. 01

    Create an account

Registering your bar takes minutes — no onboarding consultant, no contracts.

  2. 02

    Connect taps & screens

We import your current menu, map beers to BeerBase and set up the in-bar server.

  3. 03

    Pour and manage

Tap graphics, menus and TV screens keep themselves up to date after every keg change.

FAQ

The questions we hear most

What’s the difference between local and public screens?

A local screen is rendered by the in-bar server — the menu boards inside the venue. We host the public one, so your offer stays online even when the in-bar server is offline.

Which POS do you support?

Out of the box we sync with a supported POS (iZZyRest) — taps and sales keep themselves in line. Got another system? We build a dedicated integration, quoted individually. The bar also runs fully without a POS.

Where does the BMS run — your server or mine?

Your call. We supply a server with install included, or install the BMS on your own hardware (one-off +500 zł). Either way the system sits in the bar and runs locally.

Will you migrate my current menu?

Yes. We import your existing menu and map beers to BeerBase during rollout — you don’t start from scratch.

I run several venues — can you handle a chain?

Yes. iBeer runs a one-warehouse, many-fronts model: shared products, availability set per location and staff scoped to their own bar.

Am I tied to a contract?

Monthly billing — you only pay for usage beyond the free starter pack. No long-term commitment.
